GENERAL RETURN POLICY

Please email contact customer service (info@gastashopping.com.au) for more information. We are always at your service. Please be advised, you may be required to submit photographs of the damaged or defective items.
Email the Customer Care team for return instructions. Please include your order details, the quantity you want to return and details on why you wish to return the item in your email.
Send the item back to us within 30 days of your receiving date or a refund cannot be issued.
Package the item you wish to return along with ALL original packing materials and accessories or a refund cannot be issued.
Ship the item as directed by our customer care department. A returned item must be identical to the brand, specifications, item description and condition of your original purchase.
The process of returning an item by mail may take 1- 2 weeks..
If a refurnd is granted you will be issued a refund within 1 day of receipt of returned product.
If we do not have the exact same parts in stock we will endeavor to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. There may be some delays which are out of our control however we will work to achieve a satisfactory outcome as quickly as possible.
