- Shipping service- All our Products have free Postage and we will post any item to you within only 1 business day of your purchase. So if you buy it today, we will send it the same or next day.
- Tracking- All our "non envelope" items are posted using tracking numbers which will be updated to your purchase details order with us so you can track your order at anytime with peace of mind ( Our non envelope items currently are the cotton and fibre glass wicks)
- Postage - We dispatch all our items from Sydney so if you're in the area, you might even get your order the next day of your purchase, delivered to your door.For outside Sydney area ,depending on Location you will receive your Item between 2 - 6 days . All our Items are packed Professionally and if your items arrive damage ,just send us a picture and we will refund you.
- Weekends and Public Holidays - If you Purchase your Item on the weekends or public holidays please take note it will get sent on the next working day.We still will pack and send it the same day it just wont leave until the next working day.
- Haven't received your order yet- No worries, Australia Post or some courier areas might take a bit longer so please contact us and we will chase it up for you.
